Delivery Information

1. General Information

Delivery will be made within 2 days after payment for pre-order is made. In case of product unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made within 24 hours.

2. Delivery Location

Currently, our delivery is limited to Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur are.
For area outside of these states, please call our sales representative (012-988 9250) for special arrangement for minimum order quantity above RM 500.

3. Delivery Time

11 am - 6 pm. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order, and traffic conditions. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we commit to make every effort to fulfill your order within 48 hours from the date of your order.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is subjected to distance and place. Free shipping is available for purchase above RM100 in a single receipt and single delivery address.

6. Sales policy

Once payment received all goods sold is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. This is due to our fish catch live for process. 

Barang yang telah dijual tidak dapat dipulangkan, digantikan atau ditukar. Ini kerana ikan kami ditangkap secara hidup untuk diproses.
因为我们的海鲜是活捉上来处理的。 说以当汇款被认证了过后所有的订购是不能被要求退款,退货或者交换其他货物或服务。

 
All our fish is selling as gross weight. Which means is the whole fish weight before any process. 
Semua ikan dijual berdasarkan berat kasar sebelum disiang dan dibersihkan. Ini bermakna berat yang tertera ialah berat sebelum ikan disiang dan dibersihkan anggota dalamannya.
鱼只的重量是根据还没经过任何处理或加工所得到的。 是杀之前的重量。

 
All our fish sales base on the size range. No selection of size within the range allows. 
Semua ikan dijual berdasarkan jurang saiz tertentu. Tiada opsyen untuk memilih saiz ikan di dalam jurang saiz yang sama.
我们的鱼只是依据重量范围来确定价钱。 因为鱼只是活捉的所以顾客不能选择重量。

 
Please understand that deliver of product is conduct by third party. Any delay due to any circumstances in the responsible of transporter.
Harap maklum bahawa penghantaran produk kami diuruskan oleh pihak ketiga. Sebarang kelewatan disebabkan apa keadaan jua adalah tanggungjawab tukang penghantar.
由于我们的运输服务是外包。 如有任何的延误或安排不当本公司不方便处理。 

 
Please check and verify all the purchased seafood during arrival. Customer only acknowledge on the Invoice if there is no dispute. Please call customer service immediately if there is any differences . 
Mohon semak dan sahkan produk ketika penerimaan. Sila sahkan invois jika tiada masalah berbangkit. Sila hubungi khidmat pelanggan kami segera jika ada kekhilafan antara pesanan dan produk yang dikirim.
当收取货物时请验证所有的订购。 在没有任何的异议下同意收条里的内容才签收。 如在签收前发现有任何疑问请立刻和我们的客服务员联系。

 
The checking process mention above shall include the quantity, appearances, freshness and packaging. Any complain after confirmation of received shall not entertain. This is due to we cannot assure that storage condition and duration before cooking from customer side. 
Semakan semasa penerimaan yang dimaksudkan di atas adalah semakan terhadap kuantiti, kesegaran dan juga pembungkusan. Sebarang aduan selepas pengesahan penerimaan tidak akan dilayan. Ini kerana kita tidak dapat menentukan keadaan tempat penyimpanan dan tempoh sebelum produk kami dimasuk di pihak pelanggan.
验证过程包括 数量,产品外表,新鲜度和包装。 签收了过后如有任何的投诉恕不能受理。 请见谅恕公司并不能确保产品交货了过后被如何处理或收藏。
